KENGEJA DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION was set to empower vulnerable young people and children in the rural and urban districts aiming to help them to enjoy full opportunities for self-development and to live a dignified life.
The organisation primarily aims to improve socio-economic status of marginal youth and adolescents through capacity building and by directly mobilizing, organizing and supporting them to achieve change through group processes.
strategy aims to achieve this end via the provision of functional education and the development of skills for children and young people; providing basic care and educational assistance to orphans and the most vulnerable children; promoting entrepreneurship among the youth to fight poverty and enhance their self-reliance.
